The actual inspectors who where not at, and apparently where not aware, of the uranium enrichment that started long before Bush came in to office. I'm sure they were extremely knowledgeable about the plutonium program, but that doesn't make them experts about a program that they didn't even know existed. Do you deny that the uranium enrichment program continued during the Clinton administration, or are you trying to argue that the uranium enrichment in the late 90s (and perhaps earlier) was GW Bush's fault?
