I was reading this guy that cited some study that claimed because there are now 1.2 males born for every female that there are 23.5 million Chinese men that will never be able to marry. So his thesis is that what do you do with all these excess young men, you put them in the military and you have lots of cannon fodder. My thesis is that bush is so busy killing Arabs and building new bases all over central Asia, the Mideast and Europe that he cannot fight a war in the Pacific so the Chinese can just walk over Taiwan. After Taiwan who will they conquer next? Kazakstan and westward to the Caspian Sea oil region. Also they need to protect their pipeline from Iran to China as well. I didn't see your article mention that China has 70 submarines in their fleet. How many do we have? Granted ours are better but how many aircraft carriers will sink proving it. Thanks to bush and his incompetent hostile antagonistic foreign policy we are guaranteed perpetual war.
