Global terrorism up 400% in one year under Bush. Can you explain how this translates into Bush being a good commander in the war on terror? 400% increase in one year? Yes, we have not had US attacks in four years. We have also not capturted the Al Qaida leadership in four years. Clinton did not have uS attacks in four years and stopped the LAx Al Qaida attack. Do you give him credit for being a fine commander against terror? WHy is Bush better than Clinton? Because he gets us bogged down in a war which saps all our resources and has nothing to do wiuth 9-11?
