This action on their part has come about because I did join in on a lawsuit, years ago that netted me very little money back on my lost funds

were you lead plaintiff? or just a member of the class?

You should contact the assistant US attorney who is handling the case in California. Maybe they can use your information to get these class action sharks. I'm hoping that connections with hedge funds, long speculated upon, will become public.
