it is so full of inaccuracies that i don't even know where to start. Perhaps this is a typical French reaction to an American drug or perhaps something is lost in translation from French to English.

Take #9 for example. How do you make an exact vial when it is necessary to vary the drug amount on the basis of body surface area? I suppose the perfect drug to the author(s) is aspirin for which you can take two tablets and wait till the morning to see your doctor. the way it is setup (2 mg active ingredient/vial) so that an average person (160 lb, 5'9''), having a surface area about 2 square meter, can take 1 vial when the dose is reduced to 1 mg/meter square. Above that, a portion of a second vial will be used. You have to "tres gross" to take more than 2 vials.
