Rove is thinking something right now. Any ideas? He's thinking distraction. Having the white house get involved in Mexico's postage stamps shows his desparation for a distraction. Normally he would start a war, or at least threaten one, but the military is too weak to rattle a credible sabre. If I were to guess, I would imagine he is going to drop the names of some outrageous fools for the Supreme Court just to get the talking heads on a new subject (Nothing offical of course). TP
