I'm not sure what kind of a deal I would want to die in Iraq, but certainly the offer has been improved. If I lived where you do, I would definitely vote for the Dems, but I must say that I would do so only in protest.

I follow quite closely, but they all seem to be cut from the same cloth, or perhaps better said, fed from the same trough. No main stream candidate is saying the war was wrong and illegal, just that they would handle it better.

I have an older cousin who moved to Florida and took US citizenship many years ago, back when I was just a little snot nose. She let her Canadian citizenship lapse for some unknown reason, but last year reapplied. Two more years and she can call herself a Canuck again.

She still enjoys the US, and hopes to spend more than half of her time there, but concerns about what has happened over the last few years have prompted her decision.

I spoke with her just a couple of hours ago and am looking forward to Sunday brunch with her and her sister.

You guys just have to keep up the good fight, the majority of the world is with you.......in fact, depending on you.

Best regards from a concerned Canuck,
