Right and legal may be different. I think there is a clause in the Constitution which gives the president immunity for the policy decisions he made, as opposed to crimes of a sexual nature.
So, we may not be able to legally do it. Everybody else can, tho, once he loses the protection of the office. No other country is bound by our Constitution, except Iraq and Afganistan and Panama and Nicaragua, etc. He'll probably be ok in SA, too, until the revolution.
