But in this case, "Folk Wisdom" is that whites do a better job of running African nations than black Africans do. Based on the results in Africa, there is no doubt that they did. It's a matter of African culture, not native intelligence, IMO. Every country the English colonized is better off today than the one's colonized by other Europeans, IMO. The poison the English left behind was an elite educated in Britain or by British teachers who believed that socialism was the right economic structure.
