Every single one that blows up is one less right? The suicide bomb strategy fails if and only if those subjected to it DO NOT CAPITULATE AND REWARD THAT TACTIC. But you don't understand that do you. If we withdraw from Iraq then suicide bombing as a tactic wins and it grows by 10 fold and the next targets are Europe and United States.
