If what you say is true about AMD's 65nm process is behind what difference does that make if AMD's yields are really good at 90 nm...Intel might not have their process perfected by the time AMD gets to 65nm...So unless Intel has all the feature's of an AMD processor why would I care...what if AMD can do almost a straight shrink to 65nm with little alteration and they still get benefits...why all the strong arming of Intel the past couple of years? I smell Fear at Intel...

Re: You need to face the fact that AMD/IBM's 65nm process is quite a way's behind Intel's not only in performance but there is no evidence of working silicon.

Exactly the same as it was with 90nm until AMD's parts hit the shelves and outperformed Intel's by 50% to 150%.

For the past couple of years, Intel has been all roadmap and no silicon, AMD has been all parts and no talk.

If Intel's products weren't such crap they could have sold them without having to stoop to the criminal acts detailed in the complaint.
