What's more important is that US citizens write to their Representative and urge them to support the filing of The Articles of Impeachment of george walker bush and that they also write their Senators and urge them to provide encouragement to the House for the filing and to prepare to prosecute bush for war crimes and numerous violations of the US Constitution. All the voters in our family have written. Our bush-brown-nosing representative did not even reply with a form letter as our junior Senator did. Our senior Senator wrote a letter explaining that the Articles must be filed by the House. I'm sure he's gotten enough Impeach Bush letters he had his staff prepare a standard noncommital response. That was 3 months ago. Pick up the phone and call both your district office and the DC office and let them know you're sincere in wanting bush impeached. I knew a political activist once who told me that Congressional staff assign value to what kind of constituent mail they get and back in 1985 they gave 7,000 votes to a hand written signed original letter in the voters own words. The value dropped sharply if the letter was a copy of a campaign form letter or a photocopy. Imagine that, taking the time to compose a letter is the same as representing the views of thousands of your neighbors who do not make the effort to make their views known. We can Impeach bush if sincere people take a little time and put some pressure on Congress.
