Joe

I have seen evidence. It was presented by Japanese FTC, and Intel has not challenged this evidence.

Get your facts straight. Intel strongly disagreed with the agency's opinion. They just accepted the recommendations because it was easy. They weren't a significant impact on Intel's business in Japan.

Why are you assuming that while unable to challenge a weaker case, Intel will suddenly chose to challenge, be able to challenge and be able to challenge successfully a stronger case?

Again your bias shows. You assume Intel was unable to challenge the agency's opinion. You can't conceive of a company choosing an easy solution rather than a fight.

What's the definition of someone doing the same thing and expects a different outcome?

An AMD investor.
