As always, the crucial points are between the lines, in footnotes or as in this case, somewhere in brackets.

In your view what is the significance of whats in the brackets?
Exactly what point are you trying to make?

That simply referred to an Opteron speed grade that was not yet out, for the purposes of the graph. It doesn't support your speculation. I see further on that it is now a "look at the forest" thing? Come on.
