Yeah...the party is still going on, and yep we're still popping the champagne corks, but the question of who's paying for the party is yet to be answered. Continued deficit spending along with no investment in infrastructure will seal the deal.

I think that Bush has decided that the ones that will pay for the party are the Social Security recipients.
