A really bad decision. Good in that it shows liberals for what they are. And it shows the American people why it is important to have people who believe in the constitution interpret it. If you think it is bunk (as liberals in general do), then you have no business interpreting it. That results in RE-WRITING IT. It is sickening and UN-AMERICAN. The 5 who voted for this are BAD PEOPLE. They should all be replaced as all can see what they really are up to. Glad to see that even you are shamed by your partners against the constitution.
