"The Constitution does need interpretation" Agreed. But when the meaning is obvious and the America hating liberals change it, then it is called judicial activism. You must agree that to state that "public use" means private developers who will pay higher taxes is CHANGING the constitution, NOT interpreting it. I believe the process for change is 2/3 majority in the house and senate, and then ratification by the states. Not 5 idiots with a great disdain for our founding fathers voting on it. But liberals are very determined to wreck our country as we know it.
