I agree. She would be a wonderful addition to the SC.

Edit: It's interesting that she's reported to be devoutly religious and also a fan of Ayn Rand. Hmm...

Balance what? Do we have a PC card for Justices - 1 woman, 1 black, 1 hispanic, 6 old white dudes, perfect!

If a good judge is incidentally Hispanic, great. But don't put some lukewarm sop on the Supreme Court because his skin is brown.
