I read that one. Sounds like a drag. However, I keyed in on the sentence that said a main problem was that insurgents blew up the main water supply, and thought those isurgents sure suck and are making a mess of things, aren't they.

You probably want to blame George Bush for blowing up the water supply, because that's all you ever do.
