"Christianity did not embrace Judaism, but Judaism Christianity" now ask yourself this. in this age of apostasy, are so-called "christians" embracing judaism and everything jewish, or are they boldly preaching the gospel of Christ as the holy apostles did, reproaching the jews for their unbelief, while exhorting them to repent of their wicked deeds? ok, let's start off with the heretical roman catholic "church": the recently deceased pope john paul was the first pope to visit a synagogue and pray with jews. the new pope benedict has already scheduled a visit to a jewish synagogue to pray this summer. this is contrary to the 65th apostolic canon of the Church, which forbids clergyman and layman from entering into the synagogues of the jews or heretics to pray. let's move on to the heretical and wayward stepchildren of roman catholics, the protestants: pat robertson is one of the most famous evangelical protestants in the country, with millions of followers. he was on on television several months back in israel celebrating the feast of tabernacles (succoth/sukkoth) with the jews. this violates other canons which forbid Christians from celebrating feasts with the jews. president bush, yet another spokesman for millions of evangelicals protestants in america, lit a larger than life gigantic chanukiah (menorah) in the white house this past december, while jewish children were singing along. there were no prominent displays of any nativity scenes in the white house this past Christmas. my mother has been a school teacher for many years and now substitutes in multiple school districts. this past Christmas she would tell me of the schools she was substituting at, and detail all the dreidels and scrolls that were painted on the windows, and tell me how for chanukah jewish kids would bring in their fathers to tell stories about chanukah and pass out chocolate gold coins. of course anything Christian like a nativity scene or a the story of Christ's birth was strictly forbidden. my mother did say that one school she was at did display a "christmas" tree, only thing is, it was not adorned in the traditional sense of red and green lights, etc. it had all blue and white lights--the colors of the flag of israel! it wouldn't surprise me to see "christmas" trees in schools with that wicked six-pointed star seated atop in the near future. it's obvious that so-called mainstream protestant and roman catholic "christianity" is rapidly embracing the evil and antichrist religion of judaism, rather than boldly preaching that all jews need to repent of their wickedness and turn to salvation in Christ. the Orthodox Church is the only true Church of Jesus Christ. the Holy Orthodox Church is the one, holy, catholic (universal), and apostolic Church of Christ. we know that we are in the late stages of the apostasy because even mainstream "orthodox" Christianity is seeking to unite with the heresiarch pope and advance the antichrist agenda of the World Council of Churches. but despair not, for Christ promised the gates of hades would never prevail against his Holy Church, and that he would remain with us alway, even until the end of the age. so there always remains a faithful remnant, the true Church, who maintain the traditions passed on by the holy apostles and the seven ecumenical councils. if you desire to find these true Orthodox (greek for "right glory" or "right worship"), start here:hocna.org
