<<<nobody sues smith and wesson when somebody is killed by one of their weapons>

You sure you don't want to retract that statement?>>

I'm not saying they have never been sued.....I think you know what I mean...by TASR saying they are non lethal, it opens them up to alot of liability issues. I am sure smith and wesson has been sued, but not everytime somebody uses their weapons...after all, they are deemed lethal and regulated...very different then TASR, imo.

KG4:

Your post 799 on the bogus SPRL.PK board is inaccurate and an outright lie. That was an email sent from a shareholder, NOT the company, to another shareholder. Your continued innuendos and lies are not going unnoticed.

You aren't the only one with friends at the SEC.

Stay tuned........ >>

Tell ya what Oily...First, Just have your contact at the sec get in touch with me as my trading records are open for him/them to look at any time they want. I not only have nothing to hide or be worried about, but I seriously doubt the SEC is interested in a small fish like myself..and again, my trading records are open for them to look at any time they wish to waste the taxpayers money. I have made opinions and statements about sprl no different then the longs have...just a different view.....I have never been short this company, have never been paid to pump or bash this or any company, and my buy/sell on sprl was so minimal, it is ridiculous to think the sec would be interested in looking at my records...but hey, no need to get formal....I will give them an open invitation to look at my records if they wish..they wont need subpoenas or anything else...just have your contact get in touch with me and he can look at whatever he wants...I have nothing to hide at all....Personally, I think the longs who have posted many a lie, while claiming to own millions and millions of shares, have far more to be worried about then me, who owned very little of this company, for a very short time. But whatever.....have the sec check me out....fine by me...Heck, give me your contacts name and I'll make it easy and contact him.....but, you wont do that will ya? Why not?? You want him to check me out, dont ya?? I'll make it very easy for him.....
