And not only that the kosovo operation had no UN authorization and was illegal under international law. George W Bush has UN resolution behind him calling for "every means necessary" and "serious consequences". Thats a huge difference.

Of course, back then Bush had most of his brain intact and could still walk and chew gum without choking. I'm still sure that something is seriously wrong with that man's mind. He won't take any discussion or differences of opinion in his WH. I don't think he can because he can't follow an argument anyway. He's so lost.
