I agree, line 'em up and try all of them for war crimes, george walker bush, william jefferson clinton, and george herbert walker bush. They all abused their power and caused the loss of much innocent civilian life.

Clinton took our a dangerous dictator in Yugoslavia without a single US soldier lost. He and Wes Clark really knew how to run our military, despite the fact Clinton (like Bush, DElay and Cheney) was a draft-dodger. There was nothing remotely "illegal" about that war. And it was not unilateral. It was in complete accordance with our NATO allies, which makes all the difference. When the US refuses to work with allies we lose. Unless it's a very small country we're invading like the easy wins in Granada and Panama.
