Rightwing judges do not protect the Constitution. They don't like the Constitution. The founding fathers made sure this country was founded on separation of church and state and checks and balances to keep any tyranny out of our government. The far right loves tyranny and church in state both. If you care about the constitute you need moderate unbiased judges.
