He is advocating my favorite Mine too. Get Brown in... then Gonzales (either right to Chief Justice or just to Justice if they can get Scalia at CJ). AT the same time. Chip away at one block politically with Brown - One MAJORLY with Gonzales and maybe by the end of his term W will have the court he wanted and one of his under-played but critical political goals achieved - establish a REAL FOOTHOLD with Latin Americans for the repubs.
