"Yesterday Gonzalez was the guy, now he's not conservative enough. Good to see you are still listening closely to the rightwing cheerleaders"

I'm sure you know all of the candidates personally. Libs know everything, right? Gonzales is close to Bush, and my initial thought was he would be a good choice. But when Ellis Hinigan (sp?) says he would be great it gives me pause. We need a strict constructionist like a Scalia, and it doesn't sound like Gonzales is one. This country needs some folks on the bench who actually follow the constitution. The 1st amendment and the 5th have been trashed (the 5th just the other day), and you guys are after the 2nd. There is a process to change the Constitution in America, and it is not to have Ginsberg, Souter and friends write new (and un-Constitutional) law from the bench. Even hard core lefties should be disgusted by what these dishonest and un-American idiots just did to eliminate our protection for private property. They should be jailed or worse.
