The biggest problem being Mugabe of course.

When I see these "Presidents for life," like Saddam and Mugabe, I realize that they are just the peak of a rotten structure. Mugube wouldn't stay up there without his henchmen, and they will battle to take over when he goes.

I wish Bush would do what would work. Announce to the world just how bad things are there, say that we will not work with them until Mugube and his bunch go and close the Embassy. At the same time, pressure Britain and and the rest of Europe to join us. And demand that the NGO's quit working there until Mugube is gone. We should do the same with the Sudan.

I predict that if we took that course, it would bring down Mugube. If it didn't we would have least have tried. What we are doing now is just encouraging him to stay.
