The America the Founders designed had the judiciary as an afterthought, to jail the bad guys and settle property disputes. They hoped and prayed-and warned US too also-that the bad guys would never be able to vote-fabricate themselves into office in any large numbers, and that the government wouldn't allow the property disputes to become a tool of the barbarians lurking in the forests. Today those barbarians have come out of the forests and certified themselves as "tort" lawyers. And today a large faction in our Congress is domestic enemy. It's time to empty the failed judiciary, and rebuild...
