Rove knows where all the Bush-Cheney bodies are buried, many of them he buried himself. He is a genius, but also the most crooked political mastermind in US history. He has never won a single election fairly, always with nsmear campaigns, dirty tricks and even planting false evidence fo frame opponents. See the film "Bush's Brain" for background on Rove. When Rove falls he may take Bush-Cheney with him. As delay falls, and congress changes hands, it's Nixon-Agnew II all over again. Bush will not finish his second term.
