Yes. Oh, YES.

To be fair, there was just one single wiring, that went from the ground floor to the outlet in the kid's room. An extra from the previous owner I guess... The rest was all copper, but hey, how much does it take.

I dont remember how I got it fixed, but somehow in my mind's eye there's the fire axe from The Shining (g).

Scary.

There was a sort of bad joke back then among electricians that the aluminum wired trailer houses were a sort of scheme by the rich to kill off the poor.
