Just be prepared. The GOP rightwing is likely to be shattered to smithereens by this and the Delay scandals. But they have brought this upon themselves. The critical sins of the Bushie rightwing were to do the following: - cheating and smearing to win elections - lying to the American people about war and a lot more - protecting the Saudis and Bin Laudens - exploiting 9-11 fears to the fullest - intimidating anyone who criticizes it, calling them traitors - cracking down on the free press - cash for legislation deals with industry - allowing massive energy gouging and ripping down environmental protection - letting the religious right attack our freedoms You may agree with some of the above, but think of your country longer term and think fairly. Politicians who break the law need to be held accountable. The above moves damaged us as a whole, and most of us individually. Hundreds of billions have been swiped. We may even have crooked voting machines fixed to reverse results. Then of course there is the FUBAR war and a growing threat of more terrorism. This is a crisis. And those who are responsible need to be held accountable. We need to fix things and get back on track, regardless of which party is in the majority.
