Liar. That article doesn't say Nk had nukes in the 90's. And the fact is they didn't. Anyone following the issue knows NK never had nukes until very recently, after Bush's Axis Of Evil speech freaked out the NK dictator. That was the stupidest speech in US presidential history. It also drove Iran to the far right. Let's face it, the evidence shows Bush is the worst foreign policy president we have ever had. Diplomactically he's less than a zero, he gets the opposite effect that we want from his actions. He also let 9-11 happen and botched Iraq. He's a failure.
