MSNBC poll: 70% want a moderate justice. If Bush tries to appoint some rightwing freak he will lose. There is no political advantage to siding withy Bush or the far right anymore for any congressman or senator. The Bushie far right is going to get impeached, imprisoned and driven out of office next year.
