Bush was NOT a minor player. He fixed it. Why do you think the Texas Rangers let him buy in for so cheap making GW an instant millionaire? Aside from his inheritance that is. The Presdient's son got things done for them. Just by using his last name. Once GW was governor he let the operator who stole the land for the Rangers manage the Texas pension fund. A huge payoff to a shady financial schemer. Texas is starting to get wise to the Bushies, though they can't complain about the $60 oil. Under Clinton we had $25 oil. No coincidence.
