A daisy cutter was indeed used on Tora Bora, maybe several...actually it might have been an even bigger bomb, called the MOAB, or Mother of All Bombs. I don't think any DCs or MOABs were used in Iraq. The vast majority of bombs used in Iraq were either GPS or laser guided. They hit single building structures on many many occassions. Those were the munitions of choice in highly populated areas to minimize collateral damage.
