I've posted proof NK did not have nukes before Bush. Look at all the interviews, all the publicized intel reports, all the expert speculation and all the NK statements. There is not a single shred of evidence NK was even close to having a nuke under CLinton. Besides Clinton had 24/7 surveillance on their only nuclear fuel source and inspectors in there too, so cut the BS. The only place you'll find anyone claiming NK had nukes in the 90's is on rightwing spin sites lying to try and cover up for Bush's failures in NK. And from people like you who don't give a damn about the truth, in fact are at war with the truth. Also, if NK had nukes before Bush why did Bush come in and ignore NK for three years, with the strategy that snubbing them and threatening them (Axis Of Evil speech) would scare them into not developing nukes? If they had had nukes at least Powell would have been all over them.
