Your posts have always had merit..and I agree with you. We all have values and often they are formed from an early age.
It seems to me our values as a nation have been disproportionate.. Like teachers (who are now receiving better pay as you gleaned from my reference ) were paid pittance to educate children and athletes were paid tremendous sums. You are right not billions.. but more in one year than any teacher would make in a lifetime..

As I posted earlier. I don't have an answer for all of the things in society that I view as inequatable... But each of us in our own way must try.. hence the concert last night to raise money for poorer nations.... and Jimmy Carter's Habitat for Humanity.. etc etc.

However, I never intend to insult anyone.. I think everyone who posts here has something valuable to contribute and I learn from the information that is supplied... and though I might disagree it will be with respect.. I hope.

Because I have these beliefs does not mean that I am poor and therefore look at those who have with envy. On the contrary I am not poor so my view is not jaundiced... I hope. Don't we all hope that we are right. I think it is human nature.
