Nope, but a call to the T-A could solve that problem.

It can't be very large, considering the tight trading range, vo;ume and amount of accumulation going on.

Shinn's shares will be retired, presuming they are returned to the Co. treasury by the judge as expected.

The current O/S is 510 million shares, some of which are restricted. Ther are an additional 350 million shares that were issued to Shinn as part of the SEA that are held in escrow pending the outcome of the case this week. HTDS has requested that the court reduce these to 125 million restricted shares as part of the punitive settlement. That means potentially there are 625 million of which less that 500 million are non-restricted voting shares.
