Why were Haldeman, Erlichman, Colson and other top Nixonites indicted and found guilty? Do you believe it was for physically carrying out the crimes themselves? Uh uh. It's obstruction of justice, perjury, conspiracy to commit a crime, accessory to the fact etc. Whomever orders the crime to be committed or knowingly lets it happen with malicious intent is guilty. I'm no lawyer but you get the idea.

Rove was the boss and he is responsible.

That's also the meat of the matter regarding CEO's who's VP's commit fraud, like Ken Lay. Lay never physically did anything illegal, but he knew about it and let it happen.

This same logic may soon apply to Tom Delay and to Cheney and Bush regarding the energy gouging and WMD's lies.
