No, Rove's lawyer says it's not Rove. Pay attention to the details. Rove's lawyer's job is to say Rove is innocent, but he's not. Even if Rove personally didn't out Plame, he had control over those who did and they wouldn't have done it without his OK. During Watergate, the Haldemans, Colsons and Erlichmans were indicted for sanctioning criminal deeds, not just doing them personally.
