You may be right that the graphic description can be unsettling, but it does not idicate anything about whether the target of the process is an innocent child or a parasite. If the fetus passed a note to the doctor with objections you would have a point but what you wrote is a fallacy of misleading vividness. What was it; the Dred Scott decision, that ruled blacks were not "legal persons" either? Were lynchings wrong even though they were legal? You are really on a roll, I think you are trying to make every logical blunder in the book... nationmaster.com although in this case you are back to syllogisms.
