I'm not sure that's true..........

Anybody can copy your ciriculum vitae onto their website, and make it look like you're part of the action. The Doctor doesn't speak or read English, I don't believe.

And, like most inventors, all he wants to get is "..paid.."!!!

Incorrect again donpat...

Dr Chung was awarded 60 Million shares of HTDS as part of the SEA. Shin wrote Dr Chung two letters (part of the HTDS evidence) that the share exchange agreement was complete an legal. Dr Chung is a physician in Korea and is simply trying to get his immunostimulant breaktrough marketed in the US and Europe. Shinn was who he (unfortunately) came in contact with first. When Shinn and Knight pulled out of the merger (took their toys and went home) they also returned the shares they had issued without telling the HTTD investors and Dr Chung's shares. Dr Chung went along to Art=Tec because he was the inventor and wanted to be a part of Tubercin's success.
