I found nothing in Kerry's Boston Globe bio on the Paris talks. But thanks for posting that.

It proves that Kerry did go to Paris, was absolutely right to do so and really did help save thousands of lives of our troops and POW's, literally. What amazing courage for a young man, especially knowing he was going up against the Nixon administration, and you know what they did to domestic enemies. Contelpro. They were in the business of ruining lives, like Karl Rove is now.

Did you see the Daniel Ellsworth movie? Nixon tried to get him for treason for leaking the Pentagon Papers which proved the government was lying to us about Tonkin Gulf, the body counts, everything. The government was guilty of wasting thousands of lives and billions in treasure based on a big fat mistake and lie. But instead of admitting it, they continued lying.

So the question is, if you found out the government was lying and costing thousands of US lives for no good reason, would you speak out or salute? Maybe you would keep silent. I know the smearvets did and wanted to continue with the bloodbath. But most honest Americans would speak out as Kerry did.
