Many Inteelubees care, that's who. You just have to look at current idiotic positionings by Intelubees to see that their idiotic presentations hinge on this element. That precisely is the context of my statement.

Again, there are those who peg off INTC's last statement (i.e. we are not breaking any laws) as being the final outcome of the JFTC ruling.

The new SC filed in Delaware by AMD is different in every way in that it will hopefully provide closure on the issue of whether or not INTC broke antitrust laws as well as other laws.
