I suspect this will only increase as the Iraqi government becomes more established with their own Constitution and permanent public officials. After all, the large majority of people being killed are IRAQI's not Foreigners by these Fanatical terrorists. Pretty hard to convince the average Iraqi the El Queda are not the enemy. jdn
