Saddam did not attack us and was in a tight box with no air force and no WMD's. We appease plenty of dictators all across the earth. Reagan used to appease Saddam. What do you think Saudi Arabia is? Women there still get beheaded for cheating on their husbands. Saddam has a creep but he was not in any way connected with 9-11. Plus he was pretty much a de-fanged tiger. He was not an imminent threat. Osama and Al Qaida was and is.

The worst thing Bush did was invade and occupy without a plan or preparations for the aftermath. Moral or not, this was just plain inept, not to mention dishonest because of all the deliberate lies and exaggerations they told us.

Jesus said the rich have as much chance of getting into heaven as a camel through the eye of a needle. Bush's policy's clearly reward the rich simply for being rich. That's un-Christian.

Bush-Cheney are at war with environmental protection. They try to cover this up with nice-sounding names like Clear Skies and Healthy Forests, but just the opposite is underway. Stripping environmental laws as much as they can, putting oil lobbyists in charge of research and policies, opening up vast amounts of public lands, including old growth forests, for plundering by the few, for the few. Plus all the energy gouging. The higher energy prices are the better excuse they have for drilling everywhere, including wildlife refuges and off scenic coastlines.

The Kyoto Treaty was by no means dead. It could have been negotiated to be workable. But Bush-Cheney totally snubbed the entire process, which was a huge slap in the face to the Europeans and gave the third world countries, CHina and India justification to keep polluting more and more. Bush led by example, saying "we don't care, we won't cooperate, cutting polluting costs jobs".

Name one example of cutting down pollution costing jobs.
That is a pollution lobby myth. Bush-Cheney are in bed with the pollution lobby and have been since day one. There's a whole book written about it called "The Dirty Truth" about Bush's pro-pollution governing in Texas.
