Rove is incredible with the media. He's so good that 56% of Americans still believe we found WMDs in Iraq.

We did find WMD in Iraq. We found a few old missiles with biological components attached. However, we did not find WMD stockpiles.

We also found a bunch of duel use facilities, a few centrifuges for enriching uranium, and ingredients for making sarin gas and anthrax.

Having said all that, most of what we found was already accounted for by the weapons inspectors prior to our invasion. So a more accurate way to make your point is to simply state that we found no new WMD and we did not find the WMD stockpiles that we expected to find.
