Totalitarian in their effort to defend their narrow self interests, indeed. It is damn near impossible to find 2 worthy Presidential candidates from either party because of the endless sanctimony of the Left. I don't remember ever saying any of the crap about Clinton that after the Whitewater scandal. He left his reputation in a shambles only because of his philandering reputation. I never stopped admiring the guy and never insulted Democrats to prove they were unworthy of office. However, they were so mortified to turn the Presidency over to the Republicans they violated every shred of political decency in this country in 2000. They stopped short of a repeat in 2004. Thank God they only held up the election results for 1 day, instead of 2 weeks. I swear the devastation of the 2000 election debacle was a bigger problem for this country than the attacks on the WTC. It permanently turned the good natured side of bi-partisan politics into a self righteous challenge where the liberal bigots said the Republicans were not worthy of office.

Yes, the viciousness of the liberals is nothing short of astonishing. It is so politically uncorrect to have a balanced view on life that it is easier to let the liberals run their mouths and say nothing. The beauty is in their spinal collapse when the polls turn against them and the silence of the conservative majority twists all of the public opinion polls into another Republican victory. Cries of voter fraud were never taken seriously and the Democrats seemed to realize another attempt to seize the Presidency would not be in their best interests.

Their attempts to run the morality of this country into the ground is coming to a finish. Maybe some Catholics and moderate women will come forward and disagree with abortion. Maybe some Jewish people will realize an aggressive stance on terrorism is in the best interests of Isreal. Maybe alot of Christians and Muslims from the ME will appreciate the decision of the US to defend Iraqi Shi'a from religious persecution. Maybe all of the priveleged minorities of this country will come to appreciate their freedom is an expression of God that should be protected for all people, not taken away. Who knows??
