gzubeck AMD at this points feels they have strong case of coercion... Well that's their stated position but I don't think AMD even believes all their lunatic claims. I look at AMD's upcoming huge debt payments that are listed in their 10K, their continuing losses and the fact that I have earned more in the last week than AMD has made in their entire 36 years of existence. Their vapor 65nm process and inability to make significant market penetration for reasons that don't need to blame Intel as an excuse. This act of desperation is really the only option left for AMD at this point.
