Muzosi Re..i have elmer on ignore so i don't know what he's saying these days but his strategy wrt amd stock is pretty reliable so far and we have yet to see the consistent breakout which would make him look stupid. It is pretty easy to predict that, as long as you know the guy your are backing is playing with a marked deck. We will see how the court battle shapes up, but my advice is never underestimate the greed of the lawyers. One just needs to look at Dow chemical, and their implants. It has never been proven, that they had anything to do any illnesses, and yet Dow went broke defending themselves. McDonalds had a verdict against them for millions, just for a hot cup of coffee, and GM had a 210 million verdict, from an accident where a guy ran a stop light, and didn't have his baby buckled in, but GM was blamed for the baby's death, because the back door lock broke. Truth doesn't matter to these guys, as long as there is money to be had; and Intel has far more money than AMD.
